Profile Management

Your personal account — name, timezone, password, and security. Also the gateway to Account Access (team management) if you're the owner.

Personal details, timezone, and password — the essentials covered in 3 minutes.

Where to find your profile

Open Dashboard → Profile. Owners see four tabs — Your Account, Account Access, API Keys, and Settings & Preferences. Team members see only Your Account.

This page focuses on the Your Account tab. See Account & Access for team management.

Update personal details

The Personal Information section on the Your Account tab has two editable fields:

Full NameOptional. Shown in the topbar and to your team.
Phone NumberOptional. Used for account recovery if you lose access to your email.

Click Save to apply the changes.

Set location & timezone

Below Personal Information (owner only), set your Country and Timezone. The timezone dropdown auto-populates based on the selected country, with UTC offset badges.

Why timezone matters

Every timestamp across the dashboard — order times, report ranges, kitchen countdowns — uses this timezone. If your reports are showing numbers at the wrong time of day, the fix is almost always here.

Change your password

  1. 1Open Dashboard → Profile and scroll to the Security section.
  2. 2Enter your current password.
  3. 3Enter a new password. A real-time strength indicator checks: 8+ characters, uppercase letter, number, special character.
  4. 4Confirm the new password, then click Update Password.

Google users: create a password

If you signed up with Continue with Google, you won't have a password by default. The Security section shows No password set yet with a + Create Password button.

Creating a password gives you a second way to sign in — useful if you lose access to your Google account. Your Google sign-in continues to work as well.

Forgotten password

Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. The flow is:

  1. 1Enter your email, click Send Code.
  2. 2Check your inbox for an 8-digit OTP. Codes expire after 10 minutes. You can request a resend if needed.
  3. 3Enter the OTP and your new password.
  4. 4Click Reset Password. Sign in with the new password.

Changing your email

Email addresses are locked in the UI — you'll see a padlock icon next to your email with a note explaining this. For security reasons, email changes are handled by our support team.

Contact uswith your current email, the new email, and a brief reason. We'll verify ownership and update it for you.

Settings & API keys

The Settings & Preferences and API Keystabs are placeholders for features we're actively building:

  • Notification preferences (email digests, order alerts)
  • Two-factor authentication
  • “Log out of all devices” action
  • Personal API keys for our REST API
