Our policy on refunds for Digital Dineway subscriptions and charges.

1Overview
At Digital Dineway, we want you to be fully satisfied with our platform. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for subscription charges. Please read it alongside our Cancellation Policy.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to all requests within 5 business days.
214-Day Free Trial
All new accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No payment is taken during the trial period, and no credit card is required to start.
If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply allow the trial to expire or cancel your account — you will not be charged anything.
3Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Once a monthly payment has been processed, it is generally non-refundable.
However, we may issue a full or partial refund for a monthly charge in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error due to a billing system fault on our side.
- The platform experienced significant downtime (exceeding 24 cumulative hours in a calendar month) due to factors within our control.
- You contacted us within 48 hours of the charge and have not used the platform during the billing period.
4Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for the full 12-month period. If you cancel an annual subscription:
- Within 7 days of the initial purchase (and you have not meaningfully used the platform): you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 7 days: a pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused complete months remaining, at our discretion. The discount applied for annual billing will be taken into account when calculating any pro-rata amount.
- No refund is issued for partial months used.
5Non-Refundable Charges
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- One-time setup fees or professional services fees (where applicable).
- Charges for add-on features or usage overages that have already been consumed.
- Subscription fees for periods during which you used the platform, even if you subsequently decided it did not meet your needs.
- Charges arising from a violation of our Terms of Service.
6How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@dineway.io with the following details:
- Your registered account email address.
- The invoice number or transaction ID for the charge in question.
- A brief description of the reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7Enterprise Contracts
Refund terms for Enterprise plan customers are governed by the individual contract signed between Digital Dineway and the customer. In the absence of specific contractual terms, this Refund Policy applies.
8Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Refund requests will be assessed under the policy in effect at the time the charge was made.
