Billing

Your subscription, payments, and business information live under Dashboard → Billing. Upgrade, downgrade, update your GST, or download past invoices — all in one place.

The three billing tabs

Dashboard → Billing has three tabs. Each answers a different question.

Billing & Plans

Current plan, upgrade, downgrade, cancel.

Payment History

Every invoice, downloadable as PDF.

Business Information

Legal name, address, GST, logo — appears on invoices.

Starting your trial

Every new business gets a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan — full feature access, no credit card required. If you signed up from the Pricing page, your trial starts automatically after onboarding. If you signed up directly, head to Dashboard → Billing and click Start Free Trial on any plan.

Trial can only be used once

A business gets one free trial, ever. Switching plans during the trial does not reset the countdown — your original trial end date is preserved.

Upgrade or downgrade

Upgrade

Pick the higher plan and click Upgrade to [Plan] or Pay & Activate. You're taken to Razorpay checkout. Once payment clears, the new plan's features unlock instantly.

Downgrade

Click Downgrade on a lower plan. You'll confirm in a modal. The downgrade is scheduled for your next renewal date — you keep current features until then. The plan card will read Downgrade on [date].

During your trial, plan switches are free and effective immediately. Your trial end date stays the same.

Monthly vs annual

Use the Monthly / Annual toggle at the top of the Billing & Plans tab. Annual billing saves 20% compared to paying monthly.

Currency is detected automatically — INR for India, USD for the rest of the world. If you need to bill in another currency, contact us.

Business information (GST)

The Business Information tab is the source of truth for what appears on your invoices — your legal name, address, and GST number.

Identity

Legal nameRequired. Appears on every invoice.
Trade nameOptional. Your customer-facing brand name.
Email / Phone / WebsiteOptional. For correspondence and invoices.

Tax & compliance

Registration toggleGST Registered or Not Registered.
GST NumberRequired if Registered.
PANOptional.

Changes apply to future invoices only

Invoices already issued cannot be modified. Update your business information before generating new invoices if you need them to reflect new details.

Download invoices

Open the Payment History tab. Each row is an invoice — date, description, amount, status (Paid, Pending, Failed), and a download link for the PDF.

Your invoices are generated using the details on the Business Information tab at the time of payment. Update that tab beforeyour next renewal if you've changed your legal name, address, or GST number.

Cancel subscription

On the Billing & Plans tab, click Cancel Subscription. A confirmation modal asks you to confirm. Your subscription ends at the next renewal date — you keep access until then.

After cancellation

Once the subscription ends, your outlets and QR menus stop serving guests. Nothing is deleted — you can reactivate any time from the Billing page to resume.
