Create your account, complete onboarding, set up your first outlet, and start your free trial. You'll be ready to add menus and take your first order in under 10 minutes.

Watch: Quick Start walkthrough

A 5-minute video covering sign-up, onboarding, your first outlet, and starting your trial.

Before you begin

You'll need an email address, your business's address, and (optionally) a business logo. GST / tax details are only required if you're a registered business. No credit card needed to start the trial.

1. Account creation

Head to digitaldineway.com/sign-up and create your account using either your email and a password, or the Continue with Google button for a one-click sign-up.

  • Use an email you actually check — we'll send trial reminders and receipts here.
  • Your password must be at least 8 characters. Choose something strong, ideally stored in a password manager.
  • If you signed up via Google, you won't set a password — you'll always sign in with the same Google account.

Already on a team?If the email you're signing up with is already a member of another Digital Dineway business, onboarding will block the sign-up. Ask that team's owner to revoke your access first, or register with a different email.

2. Onboarding your business

After sign-up you're taken straight to the onboarding wizard at /onboarding. Steps 1–3 set up your business itself. Step 4 creates your first outlet and is covered in the next section below.

  1. 1

    Business type

Enter your Business Name and pick Registered or Unregistered. A registered business must also provide a GST / Tax Number — this is used on invoices so guests and the tax department see it correctly.

  2. 2

    Business address

Enter your primary business address. Address Line 1, City, State, Country, and Pincode are required. Line 2 is optional — use it for a floor, landmark, or unit number.

  3. 3

    Business logo

Optional but recommended. Drop in a PNG, JPG, or SVG up to 2 MB. The logo appears on your QR cards, menu pages, and receipts. You can skip this now and add it later from Business Settings.

3. Your first outlet

The final step of onboarding creates the first outlet — your physical location. You can add more outlets later from Dashboard → Outlets.

Required

Outlet Namee.g. "Downtown Branch" or "MG Road"
Outlet TypeRestaurant or Hotel
AddressLine 1, City, State, Country, Pincode
CurrencyAuto-filled from country. Locked after creation — pick carefully
TimezoneAuto-resolved from country + pincode. Click "Manually set" to override

Optional

Address Line 2Floor, landmark, unit number, etc.
Region / DistrictHelpful for multi-city chains
Outlet LogoUpload a location-specific logo, or toggle "Use Business Logo"

Click Complete Setupat the bottom of the wizard to finish onboarding. You'll land on the dashboard, ready to go.

Currency is permanent per outlet.Once set, the outlet's currency cannot be changed — you'd need to recreate the outlet. If you price menus in multiple currencies, create one outlet per currency.

4. Selecting your trial plan

Every new account comes with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan — full feature access, no credit card required. You pick the plan you actually want to settle on; the trial just gives you time to evaluate it.

If you signed up from Pricing

Your selected plan carries through. The trial starts automatically after onboarding and you land on the dashboard with a trial badge in the top-right.

If you signed up directly

You're routed to Dashboard → Billing. Pick a plan (Starter, Pro, Business, or Enterprise) and click Start 14-day trial.

During your trial you can

  • Use every Pro-plan feature — outlets, menus, QR codes, live orders, AI image generation, analytics.
  • Switch plans at any time from Dashboard → Billing — no penalty for downgrading or upgrading.
  • Activate your subscription early to lock in pricing — your trial days are preserved.

Trial ending soon

When your trial has five days or fewer remaining, a warning banner appears on the dashboard. If the trial expires without an active subscription, your outlets, menus, and QR codes stop serving guests until you activate a plan. Nothing is deleted.
