Watch: Outlet Management walkthrough
How to add, edit, and remove outlets — plus generating QR codes.
How outlets work
Each outlet represents one physical location and owns its own currency, timezone, and QR codes. Menus and items live at the business level and are assigned down to outlets — so the same menu can run in New Delhi (INR) and London (GBP) with prices rendering correctly in each.
Plan limits: Starter allows 1 outlet, Pro allows 5, Business allows 20, Enterprise is unlimited. The + Add Outlet button disables with an upgrade prompt when you hit your limit. See Pricing.
Create a new outlet
- 1Open Dashboard → Outlets.
- 2Click + Add Outlet in the top-right. A drawer slides in.
- 3Fill in the required fields, review currency and timezone, then click Save.

Currency is permanent per outlet
Once you save a new outlet, its currency cannot be changed. If your business operates across currencies, create one outlet per currency — the same menus can be assigned to all of them.
Edit an outlet
- 1Go to Dashboard → Outlets.
- 2Click Edit on the outlet card. The same drawer you used to create the outlet opens.
- 3Update name, address, region, logo, or timezone. Save to apply.
Currency is read-only after creation. If you picked the wrong currency, the only fix is to delete the outlet and create a new one (see below).
Delete an outlet
- 1Go to Dashboard → Outlets.
- 2Click the outlet card to open it, then click the Delete Outlet button.
- 3Confirm in the dialog.
Deletion cascades
Deleting an outlet also removes its QR codes and any menu assignments scoped to it. Menus and items themselves are not deleted — they stay in your library. Historical orders remain intact for reporting.
Generating QR codes
QR codes live under Dashboard → QR Codes, scoped to each outlet. Before generating codes, the outlet must have at least one menu assigned.
