Order Summary
Open Dashboard → Order Summary. This is the most detailed single-metric view — great for your daily or weekly check-in.
What you see
- •Total orders, revenue, and average order value (AOV)
- •Delivery rate — the percentage of orders marked Delivered
- •Revenue trend chart across the selected period
- •Top 8 items ranked by quantity sold
- •Per-outlet breakdown with revenue share
- •Order status distribution (Pending, Confirmed, Ready, Delivered, Cancelled)
Use this when the question is simple — “how did yesterday go?” or “what sold most last weekend?”
Basic Reports
Open Dashboard → Reports. A balanced multi-chart overview intended as a morning or start-of-shift read.
What you see
- •Summary cards — orders, revenue, AOV, delivery rate
- •Revenue trend chart
- •Peak-hour heatmap — when you're busiest, by hour
- •Day-of-week breakdown — which days drive the most revenue
- •Top items list
- •Outlet comparison (when viewing across multiple outlets)
- •Order status summary
Upsell: an Unlock Smart Analytics CTA appears on this page for Starter/Pro users, linking to a Business plan upgrade.
Smart Analytics
Open Dashboard → Smart Analytics. The premium deep-dive — 13 customisable report cards with drag-and-drop layout, AI-generated narratives, and data export.
What's included
- •Everything in Basic Reports
- •AI insight summaries written in plain English
- •Cancellation trends — why orders are being cancelled and when
- •Category performance — which parts of your menu earn the most
- •Draggable, reorderable cards — hide the ones you don’t care about
- •Export any card as CSV, XLSX, or PNG
- •Card layout is saved to your profile, so your team each get their own view
Business plan only
Smart Analytics is available on the Business plan and above. Starter and Pro users see a paywall linking to Billing. See Pricing.
Date range selector
All three pages share the same date picker in the top-right. Built-in ranges:
- •Today
- •Yesterday
- •Last 7 days
- •Last 30 days
- •This month / Last month
- •Last 6 months / Last 12 months
- •All time
- •Custom range — pick any start and end date
All timestamps use the timezone set on your profile, so reports match your local clock.
Organization vs Outlet view
All three report pages respect the current workspace view:
Outlet view
Numbers are scoped to the single outlet you've selected. Great for an outlet manager.
Organization view
Numbers aggregate across every outlet, with per-outlet breakdown tables. Great for an owner.
Switch views from the outlet selector in the topbar. See Workspace Management for details.
Exporting data
Smart Analytics lets you export any card as CSV, XLSX, or a PNG image. Use the export menu in the top-right of each card.
Order Summary and Basic Reports don't have in-page export, but full order history is available via our REST API (Business and Enterprise plans).
