A few common causes:
- Outlet is paused. Go to Outlets and confirm the outlet is enabled.
- Stale QR. Re-download the QR from Menu → QR Codes after any slug change.
- Customer device caching. Ask the guest to force-reload, or regenerate the QR and re-print.
If the link opens but items are missing, re-check the menu's Published toggle.
