My QR code opens a blank page or doesn’t scan

Usually caused by an old QR, disabled outlet, or cached browser. Here’s how to fix it.

A few common causes:

  1. Outlet is paused. Go to Outlets and confirm the outlet is enabled.
  2. Stale QR. Re-download the QR from Menu → QR Codes after any slug change.
  3. Customer device caching. Ask the guest to force-reload, or regenerate the QR and re-print.

If the link opens but items are missing, re-check the menu's Published toggle.
