Live orders aren’t showing up on the dashboard

Check your internet, the Live Orders toggle, and the outlet’s accepting-orders status.

Open the Orders page and confirm:

  1. The "Accepting Orders" toggle on the selected outlet is on.
  2. The live badge at the top is green (shows "Live"). If it’s red, your connection dropped — refresh.
  3. You’re viewing the correct outlet in the workspace switcher.

If orders still don’t arrive, raise a ticket with the approximate timestamp so we can look up the webhook logs.
