Open the Orders page and confirm:
- The "Accepting Orders" toggle on the selected outlet is on.
- The live badge at the top is green (shows "Live"). If it’s red, your connection dropped — refresh.
- You’re viewing the correct outlet in the workspace switcher.
If orders still don’t arrive, raise a ticket with the approximate timestamp so we can look up the webhook logs.
