Menu changes aren’t showing up for customers

Drafts won’t appear on the QR menu until you hit Publish.

Menu edits are saved as a draft by default. To push them live:

  1. Open Menu and select the menu you edited.
  2. Click Publish in the top right.
  3. Refresh the QR page on a phone to confirm.

If you linked new items to the menu, make sure the link is active (green dot) — inactive links are hidden.
