Open the order from Orders → Live and click Cancel order. If the customer already paid online, trigger a refund from the same panel — Razorpay will return the funds within 5–7 days.
Once an order is marked "Preparing" or later, cancellation requires confirmation; a ticket is automatically filed for audit.
